Eventbrite joins as Django Girls Global Partner

Django Girls is excited to announce yet another great company joining us as our global partner - Eventbrite!

Eventbrite is the world’s largest ticketing and event technology platform, powering millions of live experiences around the globe. They build technology that allows anyone to create, share, find and attend events of all kinds. Music festivals, marathons, conferences, hackathons, political rallies, fundraisers, gaming competitions - you name it, they power it. Meet some of their team members here.

Eventbrite is a keen supporter of diversity in the tech industry, which is why they also support Django Girls by organizing and sponsoring Django Girls events like Django Girls Madrid. Django Girls Madrid was a success, oversubscribed and attended by 142 attendees (5 of them men), despite originally targeting 100 participants. They had 30 coaches who came from Eventbrite’s different engineering offices around the world, that is, from San Francisco, Madrid, Villena, Mendoza and Nashville.
